A Personalized Journey, Guided by Experience
At Celésti, we understand that some gemstones are not found — they are sought.
Through our long-established family connections in Sri Lanka and decades of hands-on expertise, we offer a custom gem sourcing service for clients looking for something specific, rare, or meaningful.
Whether you are searching for a particular gemstone type, color, size, or cut, we work closely with our trusted network to source stones that meet your vision with care and integrity.
Submit a Custom Gem Request using our inquiry form. Please include as much detail as possible, such as:
Gemstone type (e.g. sapphire, spinel, garnet)
Preferred colour or tone
Approximate size or carat range
Shape or cut preference
Intended use (personal collection, jewellery, etc.)
Budget range (optional but helpful)
You are welcome to inquire, review, and discuss options without any obligation or payment.
Clear details allow us to curate suitable options efficiently and thoughtfully.
Based on your request, we search for suitable gemstones through our trusted Sri Lankan sources. Each gemstone is carefully reviewed for authenticity, quality, and overall character before being considered.
If appropriate options are available, we will share:
Clear photographs and videos
Detailed specifications (including size, weight, and colour)
Pricing information
There is no obligation to proceed at this stage. We move forward only once you are comfortable with a specific gemstone.
Custom-sourced gemstones are imported with official export and identification documentation issued by the Sri Lanka Gem & Jewellery Authority, the country’s national gem authority.
For clients seeking additional reassurance, independent gemological verification can be arranged locally in Edmonton through qualified professional gemologists using standard gemological testing methods. Written identification or appraisal reports may be available depending on the gemstone and intended purpose.
International laboratory certification may be discussed upon request where appropriate.
Once you select a gemstone and confirm your intention to proceed:
A 25% deposit is required to begin sourcing and import
Payments are accepted via e-transfer only
Import arrangements begin only after confirmation and deposit are received
Each custom gemstone is sourced and imported specifically for the confirmed client.
After import, the gemstone is made available for in-person inspection.
The remaining balance is payable at the time of pickup, after you have seen the stone.
No payment is required unless a gemstone is selected and confirmed
Custom-sourced gemstones are handled individually
Availability may vary depending on market conditions and rarity
Deposits are applied toward the final purchase and are non-refundable once import has begun, except in rare cases where the gemstone materially differs from the documented details provided prior to import (such as size, weight, or colour)
